Anniston Star
Funeral services were held for Mrs. Mary F. Summerlin, 90, who died at the home 
of her son, at 1 o'clock Monday at the Shiloh Baptist Church. Elder B.B. Finley, 
B. W. Mathews, the Rev. Robert Ingram and the Rev. Mr. Daugherty officiated, with 
Blair Funeral Home in charge. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mrs. Summerlin 
was a pioneer citizen of the Shiloh Delta Community where she had lived most of 
her life. She was born in Cleburne County. Mrs. Summerlin had resided with her 
son Lewis, for the past few years. She is survived by a son Lewis V. Route 1., 
Delta, two daughters Mrs. O. H. Stephens, Anniston and Mrs. H.N. Daugherty, Route 
1, Delta.
