Roanoke Leader
Wm. Robert Tidwell William Robert Tidwell, 79, died Saturday, December 2, at 6:15 
p. m. at his home near Wad-ley. Funeral services took place at 11 a.m. Monday at 
Sikesville, Rev. W. W. Lankford officiating. Burial was at Motley, with 
Quattlebaum's Funeral Home in charge. The deceased is survived by two brothers 
and two sisters: B. L. Tidwell, of Wadley, T. J. Tidwell, of Opelika, Miss Litlen 
Tidwell, of Wadley, and Mrs. W. L. Stone, of Tennessee.
