Roanoke Leader
Odous Albert Tidwell, 50, died in a local hospital Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. 
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Mt. Gilead Church in Clay County 
with the Rev. Preston Moncus in charge. Burial was in the churchyard cemetery.  
Surviving, in addition to the widow, are seven sons John, of Langdale, and Odous, 
Verlin, Merlin, Bennie, Willie, and Leonard, of Malone; and one daughter, Mrs. 
Lavelle Hutchinson, of Lineville. Quattlebaum was in charge of arrangements.
