Services for Mrs. Maudie W. Watts, 82, of Lineville, Rt. 1, were today at Concord 
Baptist Church with the Rev. W. L. Eley officiating. Burial was in the church 
cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in. charge. Mrs. Watts died 
Monday at Randolph County Hospital after a long illness. Survivors include two 
sons, Willard Watts of Roanoke and Frank Watts of Lineville; a sister, Mrs. 
Lillie Young of Lineville; two brothers, Grady White of Lineville and Chesley 
White of Mellow Valley; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. 
Watts was a lifelong resident of Clay County, a housewife and a Baptist.
