Judged by this standard Thad Wesley lived long and well. This young life passed away from earth to Heaven on Sunday night June 4th at 10 o' clock. He was a young man who had just reached his majority, having passed his 21st birthday last March. Life seemed full of promise, the future seemed to hold many years of usefulness and service. But God saw otherwise. The dread disease Typhoid fever laid its ruthless hand upon him and in a few short days he was gone. Thad had never been a wild boy. He always loved home and exhibited an unusual attachment and tenderness to all his loved ones. Quite number or years ago as a mere boy he joined Sardis church and was always faithful to his church......
