Sister Williams was a devoted Christian always in her seat at church as long as she could get there always ready to contribute her mite to relieve the needy, and her house was always open to the preacher. Sister Williams was never heard to murmur or complain during her sickness; and when she was approached on the subject of death, her answer was "I am all right." She was a devoted wife and affectionate mother. She leaves her husband in his 78th year, soon to follow, and. three children to mourn her loss; May the Lord bless the bereaved husband in his old age; may he ever have the Spirit of the Lord to go forth with him along the short journey he has to travel. TO THE CHILDREN: I Weep not for her. Memory is the shrine of pleating thoughts.: Soft as the scent of flowers, calin as a windless eve as the sun declines; sweet as the songs of birds among the bowers.
