The Rev. Doyce Mitchell officiated. Blair Funeral Home was in charge and burial was in the Lineville Cemetery. Mr. Wilson had lived in Clay County all, his life. He died at his home Monday following an illness of several months. Mr. Wilson was a retired farmer. He had been a member of the Lineville Methodist Church for many years. His wife died 9 years ago. Mr. Wilson was a Woodman of the World. He is survived by two sons, C.K. Wilson, Gadsden, L. M. Wilson, Gadsden; seven daughters, Mrs. Ira Stone Lineville, Mrs. H. M. Vickers, Selma, Mrs. W. M. Steward Alexander City, Mrs. H. L. Whitley, Gadsden, Mrs. Sam Russell, Gadsden, Mrs. Grady Nixon, Georgiana, Mrs. C. T. Character, Gadsden; 36 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.
