Roanoke Leader
Mrs. Sally Rosena Wilson, 68, of Roanoke, died suddenly at 4:45 p. m. on Monday, 
August 8. She was spending the afternoon at the home of E.M. Kitchens on Rt. 1, 
Wadley, when she was stricken unexpectedly. Survivors include her husband, James 
Robert Wilson, of Roanoke; two sons: Robert, of Akron, Ohio, and Ross, of 
Roanoke; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Pearl Conway, of Elba; four brothers: Robert 
McCullers, Bowden McCullers, and Marcellus McCullers, all of Lineville, and 
Lester McCullers, of Elba.
Funeral services were held from in the New Harmony Church at Cragford, at 11 a. 
m. on Wednesday, August 10, with the Rev. C. B. Martin officiating. Interment 
was in the church cemetery, with Quattlebaum's Funeral Home in charge.
