Ashland Progress
Funeral services for Miss Dora Ann Wright of Talladega, were held on November 5th 
at 2 o'clock p.m. at Mt. Gilead Church, with Rev. Grady Birchfield and Rev. Rubin 
Birchfield officiating. Interment was in nearby cemetery. Blair Funeral Directors 
were in charge. Miss Wright passed away Talladega at the age of 89. Pallbearers 
were T. C. Kenady, L. B. Jones, Durell Wright, Talmadge Evans, C. W. Kenady, 
Nolen Bice. She is survived by a sister Mrs. J. W. Kenady and a host of nephews 
and nieces.
