I am pretty sure this is a sister of my Grandmother, Sarah Jane Phillips b. 
1871 in Clay Co.
I have other similar photos two identified as sisters Alice & Ella. This one is 
likely either Ophelia "Neph" or Sarah Jane. They were daughters of William M.
