Cecil C. Brooks
Mrs. Velma's husband.  He was married previously and his children are by his 
first wife.  She died and he married Velma who raised the 2 children, one boy 
and one girl (Clara Maude Brooks).  I don't know his first wifes name and I 
can't seem to recall the sons name.
