Born May 19, 1910 in Clay County, Alabama, died November 18, 1933 in Clay 
County, Alabama, buried at Rock Springs church cemetery, Rock Springs road off 
hiway 9 in Clay County, Alabama. 

Additional Comments:
Son of Ivy Ode and Mary Frances McWhorter, was born a "blue baby" with a hole 
between he chambers of his heart. Not expected to live past his teens, he beat 
the odds for his time, living to the age of 23.
