George W. Smith                            The State of Alabama
      To                                       Coosa County
Mary Ann Spivey
                                          Ordained minister
of the Gospel, Judge of the Circuit Court of  the
State, the Judge of the County Court, or any Justice
of the Peace for said County, Greetings (ureadable)  
hereby authorized to celebrate the rite of
(unreadable) between George W, Smith and Mary
Ann Spivey and this shall be shall be your
circuit authority for so doing.
                           Given under my 
hands (looks like - & seal) at Office this 19th day of January
