Clay County, Probate Court. 
To James and Joe Osborn, Roxie Saffold, Hulda Mulkey, Annie B. Hutchinson, and 
unknown heirs of John Colley take notice that on March 10th, 1928, there was 
filed in my office by Grady Alford, a written instrument purporting to me the 
last will and testament of Mrs. S. J. Allen; and that April 23, 1928, was 
appointed a day for hearing the request that said will be probated; on which day 
you can appear and contest same if you see proper. Given under my hand, March 
27th, 1928. 3-29-3t E. J. Garrison, Judge of Probate.

Additional Comments:
Sarah Jane Colley married 1. J. Thomas Mountain, she married 2. Robert Allen.
She died in March-1928. She was buried in Bethany Cemetery Clay County.
