Circuit court, in Eq- No. 37. A. C. Smith and A- Smith. Complainants, vs. [Jerry?] Abel, et als. Defendants, because it is made to appear. Register, by the affidavit of J. R. Barker attorney, for plainants, that the defendants: Jerry Abel, J. F. Abel, Essie Thompson, Alma Thompson, [Beulah?] Thompson, Joe Abel, W-. Abel, John Abel, Samuel Abel, Nora Abel, Effie Hughes, Mrs. Lee Howell and Y. A. Howell, residents of the state of Alabama and residents of the state of Texas, in the state of that their post office address is unknown to affiant, and can be ascertained, after reason effort; and further that in belief of said affiant, the defendants are over the age of twenty years. It is therefore ordered the Register; that publication made in The Cleburne New newspapers published in Ala., once a week for four consultive weeks, requiring their said Jerry Abel, J. F. Abel, Essie Thompson, Alma Thompson, [Beulah?] Thompsom, Joe Abel, W-. Abel, John Abel, Samuel Abel. Nora Abel, Effie Hughes, Lee Howell and Y. A. Howell answer, plead to demur. Bill of Complaint in the cause on or before the 13th of October 1917 and failing so within thirty days after the se of this summons a Decree Confesso may be taken against them in said cause.
