J. NUNLEY APPOINTED ADMINISTRATOR OF ESTATE OF JAMES A. NUNLEY, Dec'd. State of Alabama, Cleburne County Probate Court February 8th, 1869 At this term of court came Thos. J. Nunley and files his petition in writing asking to be appointed Administrator on the estate of James A. Nunley, late of Cleburne County, Ala., deceased; it is therefore ordered by the court that Thomas J. Nunley be and he is hereby appointed administrator as aforesaid. A.D. Chandler, Judge of Probate THOMAS J. NUNLEY APPOINTED ADMINISTRATOR OF ESTATE OF NATHAN P. NUNLEY, dec'd. State of Alabama, Cleburne County Probate Court February 8th, 1869 At this term of court came Thomas J. Nunley and files his petition in writing praying to be appointed administrator of the estate of Nathan P. Nunley late of Cleburne County, Ala., deceased. It is therefore ordered that the said Thomas J. Nunley be appointed administrator as aforesaid. A.D. Chandler, Judge of Probate February 8th, 1869; at this term of court, letters of administration on the estate of James A. Nunley late of Cleburne County, Ala; and the estate of Nathan P. Nunley, late of Cleburne County, Alabama are hereby granted to Thomas J. Nunley who has duly qualified and given bond as such and is authorized to administer such estates. A.D. Chandler, Judge of Probate ORDER TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ESTATE OF JAMES A. NUNLEY, dec'd State of Alabama, Cleburne County February 12th, 1869 On this day came Thomas J. Nunley, admr., of estate of James A. Nunley, deceased and files his petition in thie office praying an order to sell the personal property of said estate for distribution and payment of debts and appearing to the satisfaction of the court that it would be in the best interest of the said estate the petition should be granted. It is therefore ordered by the court that the 6th day of March next on the premises of the deceased, be set for said sale of personal property as aforesaid. A.D. Chandler, Judge of Probate ORDER TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ESTATE OF NATHAN P. NUNLEY, dec'd State of Alabama, Cleburne County February 12th, 1869 At this term of the court came Thomas J. Nunelly, administrator of the estate of N.P. Nunley, deceased, and files his petition in this court praying an order to sell the personal property of said estate for distribution and payment of debts and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that it would be to the interest of said estate to sell the personal property as aforesaid, it is therefore ordered by the court that all personal property of said estate be sold on the 6th day of March next on the premises of James A. Nunley, late of Cleburne County, for cash. On the petition of Thos. J. Nunelly, admr. of the estates of Jas. A. Nunley and N.P. Nunley, deceased, to appoint appraisers of the etatese above indicated.
