Estate of Shadrick Kight
The State of Alabama
     In Probate Court of said county to Hon. S.P.BABER,Judge of said county the
undersigned administrator of the estate of SHADRICK KIGHT decesased represents
unto your Honor that by writing  of an order of sale made and entered in your 
Honors Court on the 11th day of July, 1892 authorizing him as administrator
to sell lands belonging to the estate of said deceased which are the following
to be the east half of the north east quarter of fractional section thirty(30)
in township seventeen of range thirteen in Cleburne County, Alabama and by 
virtue of land in pursuance of said order he did so the 17th day of November 
1892, at the time and place appointed for said sale and in manner and form as
prescribed by law sell said lands and at said sale Mrs. SARAH F. CAMPBELL
became the purchaser of said lands at the price of two hundred dollars,onehalf
cash the remainder on a credit of twelve months and she then and there complied
with the terms of said sale and on the 14th day of December 1892 the undersigned
made a report of said sale to Your Honor and on the 3rd day of January 1893
said sale as reported was duly confirmed by order of your Honors Court and 
reference to said order of sale,report of sale and order confirming said sale.
And now the said Mrs SARAH F. CAMPBELL has fully paid to the undersigned in 
cash the said two hundred dollars,said purchase money for said land. Therefore
any petitioner prays for an order authorizing him as such administrator to 
execute a conveyance for said land to the said SARAH FRANCES CAMPBELL 
conveying to her all the right title and interest which said SHADRICK KIGHT 
had in and to said lands at the time of his death.Sworn to and Subscribed
before me January 3rd ,1894.
