Both are improving and their friends trust they will recover quickly. __ LEGAL NOTICE - Notice of Appointment of Administrator Estate of Handy Herron, deceased Probate Court of Cleburne County, Alabama Letters of administration upon the said estate of Handy Herron, deceased, having been granted to the undersigned on the 19th day of June 1902 by the Hon. A.A. Hurst, Judge of Probate of said county, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against said estate will be required to present the same within the time allowed or that the same will be barred. Evans, administrator of the estate of Handy Herron, deceased, has filed his petition for the sale of the lands described therein belonging to the estate of the said decedent for the purpose of the payment of debts of the said decedent, and the 4th of August 1902 has been appointed for the purpose of hearing said petition and notice is hereby given to: Bell Alewine and her husband Will Alewine both of whom reside in Tallapoosa, Georgia; and as a notice to all other persons interested in said estate to appear before the said court on said 4th day of August 1902 to contest said petition or application if they think proper. King left Heflin Wednesday morning for Haleyville where he will open a saloon July 1. __ Fred H. Osborn of Chicago, son of Mrs. J.C. Osborn of this city, was married at high noon Wednesday June 25th in Columbus, O., to Miss Amelia Stelzer of that city. Mr. Osborn was reared in this city but for several years past has resided in Chicago. he will bring his bride to this place in a few weeks and will spend some time here.
