BOLT Death has again visited our town and claimed as its victim Mrs. Sallie Bolt, wife of J.J. Bolt and granddaughter of Rev. John A. Scott of this place. On Friday, November 27, God in his wisdom called her gentle spirit from earth to live with him. We bow with humble submission to Him who doeth all things well. In the death of Mrs. Bolt, familiarly called Sallie, her husband has lost a devoted wife, her grandfather a loving daughter, and brothers and sisters a kind sweet sister, the church a faithful member, her neighbors a quiet and loving friend, for to know her was to love her. Will say to her sorrowing loved ones to look up for she has gone from earth and is today basking in the sunlight of heaven; will say to those whom were dearest to her to weep not for our loss is her gain. Sallie had such a sweet disposition. She bore her sickness with patience, never murmured nor complained. As Sallie has gone from us and can not come back to us we must go to her. I hope the advise she gave her loved ones will not be forgotten and they will profit by it. The entire family has the sympathy of all who know them. A true friend, Lula H.
