He was carried to Cool Springs Cemetery for interment. The services were conducted by Rev. F. Hughes and Rev. T. Evans at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon. A large crowd attended. May the blessed saviour be with his family and help them to bear all their troubles and meet him in that happy home where there will be no more goodbyes. He was a loving father to his children and they miss his sweet voice so much. His loving voice is now stilled and in that home is a vacant place that can never be filled but he is gone forever to dwell with angels and loves ones, and I hope we will all meet him in heaven where there is no more sad departures. I was sorry to hear of so much sickness in Cleburne. Fishing is the order of the day now as the ground is too wet for farming. My, now the wheat and oats are growing!
