Dunning is employed as engineer at a saw mill, twelve miles out of this place. __ Mr. August Johnson, wife and daughter Bertha, boarded the Monday a.m. local for Atlanta, where they will be at home for a time. Their home here is occupied by Mrs. J.W. They were accompanied by Miss Faulk of Norway. Our best wishes go with them. __ LOCAL & PERSONAL News Just as we go to press, news has reached us of the death of Mrs. A.M. Turner of our town. The funeral will take place at the old burying ground at Concord church tomorrow, Friday. To the bereaved ones we extend sympathy. _______ NEWSPAPER Issue of Thursday, March 23, 1911 IN MEMORY OF MRS. A.M. TURNER On the 16th, in the still dark hours of the night, the death angel visited another home and took the mother, Mrs. Mary Ellen Turner. Mrs. Turner was born Nov. 24th, 1848. She was the daughter of James and Elizabeth Owens. She was married on March 6, 1873 to A.M. Turner and of this union six children have blessed their home. She was a true friend and neighbor and those who came under her quiet sympathetic influence will think of her as a true christian. Since her girlhood days she has been a consistent member of the M.E.
