Anniston Star
Mrs. J. A. Bailey age 39, died at her home at DeArmanville Tuesday afternoon 
following a brief illness. Funeral services will be held from Hepzebah Church at 
2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Rev. J. M. Grubbs will officiate, and interment 
will be in Hepzebah Cemetery with Brown in charge. Pallbearers will be Bird 
Adams, Leo Feazell, J. G. Morris, Rev. Mr. Campbell, S. K. Snow and Gray Taylor. 
Surviving are her husband, three sons, Jackson, John F. and A. D. Bailey, five 
daughters, Louise, Virginia, Elsie, Mary and Mrs. J. B. Feazell of DeArmanville, 
her parents Mr. and Mrs. S. I. Nelson, and six brothers, Tom, Dewey, Roy, Joe, 
Bill and Willie Nelson, of Oxford and three sisters, Mrs. C. H. Nichols, of 
Heflin, Mrs. Maude Craig and Mrs. Tom Davis of Oxford.
