Anniston Star
The body of R. A. Croson, 70, he died Tuesday morning at the home of his 
daughter, Mrs. H. W. Tillery, at 418 Chestnut Avenue, was carried to the Hepzibah 
church in Cleburne County this morning and funeral services were held 2:30 
o'clock this afternoon. Mr. Croson came here from his home in Delta last 
Wednesday and was stricken Sunday. He is survived by his wife, two sons, Henry, 
of Boaz and Killis of Delta, four daughters, Mrs. H. W. Tillery of Anniston, Mrs. 
Shep Easterwood. Mrs. Arrie Cooton. and Mrs. E. Easterwood, all of Delta, and on 
brother T. R also of Delta. Usrey was in charge
