Rd 404 (SW of Elba) near Kelly’s Foods. Last week we cleared tree limbs out of the fenced area and cleaned the 22 headstones prior to our Grimes family reunion. There are 3 large dead trees inside the fenced area that need removing soon before the limbs fall on the tombstones. We hope to do that this fall. Here are inscriptions we copied from the tombstones today, Oct. 6, 1999. (Information in italics is for your information; not found on tombstones.)
