TUCKER, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have hereby bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do bargain, sell and convey unto the said ELIZABETH A. TUCKER her heirs and assigns the following described property to wit, North West fourth of Section (15) fifteen Township (2) Two of Range (19) Nineteen one hundred and sixty acres more or less subject to sale at ELBA, ALABAMA. To have and to hold the said land to her use and behoof forever. And I the said JAMES SANSOM do covenant with the said ELIZABETH A. TUCKER that the land is free from all incumberances and I have good right to convey the same and I will warrant and defend the title hereby conveyed to the said ELIZABETH A. TUCKER against the lawful claims of any persons whatever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day the 25th of January A.D. 1856. JAMES (HIS MARK) SANSOM In teste: B.F. TUCKER a subscribing witnessess to the foregoing conveyance known to me appeared before me this day and being sworn stated that JAMES SANSOM the grantor in the conveyance voluntarily executed the same in his presence and in the presence of the other subscribing witness, on the day the same bears date, that he attests the same in the presence of the grantor and of the other witness and that such other witness subscribed his name as a witness in his presence.
