Advertiser And State Gazette, Montgomery, Alabama February 13, 1850
“Law and Removal Notice
G. T. Yelverton having removed from Montgomery to Coffee county, will attend 
the Courts of Pike, Henry, Dale, Coffee, Butler and Covington, in Alabama, and 
Pensacola, Walton, and Jackson, in Florida. 
Address -  Bridgeville, Coffee county, Alabama, to which point he desires all 
letters and papers for him to be sent.  March 19, 1849.” (1)

Gappa Talmadge Yelverton (b. 2 Mar 1814 in NC & d. 18 Sep 1885 in Cerro Gordo, 
Holmes Co., FL) married Martha Brown Simmons (b.27 Aug 1823 in Jasper Co., GA 
& d. 28 Aug 1909 in Coffee Co., GA) on 12 Apr 1840 in Macon Co., GA. They are 
both buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Elba, Coffee Co.,  AL.
