This file was contributed by: Linda Green ==================================================================== March 1999 The State of Alabama Colbert County Probate Court Special Term the 19th day of November 1873 Robert Tharp Deceased estate of Application for Letters This day came Eli Tharp and maker of Application to the Court for Letters of Administration on the estate of Robert Tharp deceased and stating to the court that the said decedent had at his death a claim against the government of the United States Government fo_re &e taken and consumed by the United States army He prays Letters of Administration on said estate for the purpose of presenting and collecting claims there being no other property belonging to said decedents estate having disposed of the remainder of his estate before his decease. It is therefore ordered by the Court that Letters of Administration be and they are hereby granted to the said Eli Tharp upon the estate of Robert Tharp deceased for the purposes above set forth upon his entering into bond and security as the law _____. The State of Alabama Colbert County Probate Court Letters of Administration on the estate of Robert Tharp deceased are hereby granted to Eli Tharp who has duly qualified and given bond as such, and is authorized to administer such estate.
