Campbell-Probate Court, Colbert County, Alabama State Of Alabama } ..Colbert County } PROBATE COURT OF SAID COUNTY MARCH 16, 1931 In the matter of the estate of William B. Campbell deceased: This day comes W. H. Richeson, and files his application in writing and under oath, praying to be appointed to the administration of said estate, alleging in his petition that the heirs of the said William B. Campbell, have requested In writing that your Honor appoint the said W. H. Richeson, as administrator, of the estate of their father; that the said William B. Campbell was an Inhabitant at the time of his death; that he departed this life in this county on the 11 day of March 1931, leaving property in this State of about the value of $2000.00, and probably not more to the best of petitioner's knowledge, information and belief; and also showing, in and by said petition, who are the heirs, their respective ages and sex, so far as he knows. And it being satisfactorily shown to the court that the allegations of said petition are substantially true, and said W. H. Richeson having given bond in the sum of $4000.00, with good and sufficient sureties, which has been duly taken and approved by the Judge of this Court: It is hereby rdered, adjudged and decreed, that said W. H. Richeson, be and he is hereby appointed to administer said estate, and that the proper letters of administration do issue to him forthwith. It is further ordered, that an appraisement of said estate be made; that___and ___,be and they are hereby appointed and authorized to appraise said estate, and that they due notice of this appointment. It is further ordered, that said petition be record. N. P.
