Florence, Ala. - Albert Berryman 

Right leg amputated, Albert Berryman, 20 is in a serious condition here, and A. 
L. McDougall, a neighbor, is held in Colbert County jail.

Berryman was brought to Florence hospital Wednesday, his leg torn by a shotgun 
charge. McDougall, who surrendered late Wednesday at a sheriff's office, said 
he had intended to shoot Berryman's dog.
