Deceased was the daughter of Mr. Mrs. Rufus E. Roden, 705 Ironside street, Florence. She had lived here for the past 10 years, coming here from Lawrence County. Surviving in addition to her parents are two sisters, Miss Hazel Roden and Mrs. Luther Sharpston, both of Florence; one brother, Albert E. Roden, Florence. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p. m. at Brown Services funeral home by C. C. Burns, Church Of Christ Evangelist. Burial will follow in Florence cemetery. Active pallbearers; Rufus Warren, John Roden , L. A. Killgore, A. D. Batson, Pete Schmidikofer and Mr. Kennedy.
