To any ordained or licensed Minister of the Gospel, Judge Of the circuit or Probate Courts, or Justice of the Peace for said County, Greeting: You are hereby authorized to celebrate the Rites of Matrimony between Mr. William A. Campbell and Miss Mary C. Quinn, and this shall be your sufficient authority for so doing. Given under my hand and seal, this 13 day of May A. D. 1899 Fox Deloney, Judge of Probate The above named parties were married by me at Near Rosco Alabama, on the 14 day of May 1899 John R. Ayers N. P. Ex. off JP Know all Men by these Presants, That we, W. A. Campbell, O. P. Quinn and Jas. Campbell, are held and firmly bound unto the State Of Alabama in the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, Lawful money of the United States, to the payment of which sum, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That, whereas, a license to soleminize marriage between Mr. Wm. A. Campbell and Miss Mary C. Quinn has this day been issued by the Probate Judge of said County, at request; Now, therefore, if there is no lawful cause why such marriage should not be celebrated, then this obligation is to be void; otherwise it is to remain in full force.
