Hines from The Evergreen Courant, Thursday, November 9, 1933 Former Conecuh Citizen Dies In Montgomery Montgomery, Ala. - Mr. Frederick P. Hines, 71, died Tuesday morning at his home, 912 Ann Street, Montgomery. Mr. Hines was a native of Conecuh County. He lived at Belleville all his life until several years ago when he moved to Montgomery. He is well known throughout the county. He was a member of the Highland Avenue Baptist Church, Montgomery, and a member of the Masonic Lodge at Belleville. Surviving members of the family are his widow, seven boys and three girls. Namely: Clarence J., Roy N., Rivers, and Renfro Hines; Mrs. J.L. Mock, Mrs. Rudolph Fannin, Montgomery; Eben H. Hines of Repton; Clifton V. Hines of Monroeville; Melvin H. Hines of Pensacola; and Mrs. Claud T. Livingston of Belleville. Funeral services held from the home at 10:00 A.M. today. Rev. Chas. S. Leek, pastor of Highland Ave., Baptist Church officiating, assisted by Rev. J.E. Tate, pastor Claton St. Methodist Church. Six of the boys served as pallbearers. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
