Present at: Siege of Yorktown, VA. His wife Francis Narcissa applied for a claim from the Confederate States Treasure due to her husbands death. Note: James was born 30 Sep 1839 in Coosa Co., AL and died 14 May 1862 in Richmond, VA. He was married to Francis Narcissa Flournoy on 27 Oct 1861 in Coosa Co., AL by E. T.
