Mr. and Mrs. B. T. Stewart and son, Roscoe and J. K. McEwen left Tuesday night 
for Wilsonville to see F.  M. McEwen, who was very ill, but we are glad to 
note that he is now improving.(1)

died 30 Mar 1901. J. K. [Jepe Kirkham] McEwen is the son of F. M. McEwen and 
the nephew of George W. McEwen. B. T. [B. Taylor] Stewart married Mary Ann 
Katherine McEwen, the daughter of F. M. McEwen.
