ALGenWeb Archives File Manager Carolyn Golowka, ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Submitted by Ronald Bridges, February 2001 "Local and Personal Mr. Sim Miller and Miss Bessie Stewart were married at the church at Sears Chapel last Sunday morning. The groom is a son of Dock Miller who resides upon Hatchett and is a farmer. The bride is the second daughter of C. W. Stewart, one of our business men here, and she knows well how to preside over a home. She has been trained that way, and will make her husband a splendid wife. We congratulate them and wish they may lay hold of life with a view to making it a success." (1) (1) The Chronicle, Local and Personal, 15 May 1914, p. 5. Published in Rockford, Coosa Co., AL.
