"F. N. Brown, of Birmingham was buried in the Rockford cemetery on
Tuesday afternoon January 2, funeral services have been held in 
Birmingham.  It is reported that he had been ill for only a short while.  
He will be remembered as the husband of Vesta Jones, who formerly lived 
in Rockford." (1)

Note: Frank Norris Browne (his last name is spelt Browne on his
headstone) is buried in Rockford Cemetery located on the west 
side of Rockford.   His headstone only has his death date of 1 Jan 1940.
