LIVINGSTON Claude N. Livingston, 49, of Kellyton, died in the Alexander City hospital Wednesday, April 12th, following several weeks of serious illness. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at Socopatoy Church with the Rev. C. H. Rogers, of Marbury, the Rev. W. B. Hood, of Sylacauga, and the Rev. David Hutto, of Kellyton, officiating. Mr. Livingston is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alama Livingston; three sons, Herschel, Albert and James; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Livingston, and three sisters, Miss Ruby Livingston, Mrs. Sany Culberson, and Mrs. Donald Culberson all of Kellyton. Cantrell, of Alexander City, was in charge. Mr. Livingston was a prominent citizen in his community and in the county. He was an active member of the Presbyterian Church and was beloved by many.
