Wood, who died at her home at Hissop, Ala, and Mrs. Jakes (?) Ward who died at Columbus, GA last week, were buried at Hissop, Ala., today. The funeral services were conducted at the same time and burial at the same time. Mrs. Wood was about 78 years old and Mrs. Ward about 70. Mrs. Ward was visiting her children at Columbus , Ga., when she died. Thus two old Christian souls went back to God who gave them. Mrs. Wood a devout consistent member of the Presbyterian Church and Mrs. Ward a devout consistent member of the Protestant Methodist Church. Revs. G. B.
