Additional Comments:
John A. Sears married Tabitha Jane Buckner on 27 Apr 1833 in Talbot Co., GA. 
Sears Chapel United Methodist Church was named after John and Tabitha. Many of 
their descendants are buried in the Sears Chapel United Methodist Church 
Cemetery. As seen on the headstone, John was a Mason. Tabitha was a mid-wife 
for surround area.
