The young man sustained a fractured skull when his car turned over near the McGowin Bridge on the highway between Brewton and Andalusia. The cause of the accident was a blowout, on a front tire. His companion, James Foshee, miraculously escaped injury. The car turned over several times. The deceased was a member of the Senior 2 class of Red Level High School. His untimely death was a great shock to all. Deceased is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Hugghins, Sr.; one sister, Mrs. S. R. Walton, of Ocala, Fla.; five brothers, Eugene and Cullen of Houston, Texas; Lamar and Claxton, of Cohassett, and H. T. Hugghins, Jr., of Georgiana, all of whom have the sympathy of all in their great loss. Burial was at the family lot at Long Branch cemetery, Cohassett, yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock.
