To any Minister of the Gospel, Judge of the Supreme or Circuit Courts, or 
Chancellor of said Sate, Judge of Probate, or any Justice of the Peace of said 
County- Greeting:
YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO CELEBRATE THE RITE OF MATRIMONY BETWEEN
Mr. Wm Barnes and Miss Antionette Ballard and this shall be your sufficient 
authority for so doing.
