MORTGAGE SALE 
THE STATE OF ALABAMA CULLMAN COUNTY.

Whereas Robert Campbell, and wife Lizzie R. Campbell. executed to the Federal 
Land Bank of New Orleans, on to-wi: October 16, 1922, a mortgage upon the land 
hereinafter described to secure an indebtedness described therein, said 
mortgage being recorded oin the office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman 
County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 162, Pagee 194, and grantors in payment of the 
indebtedness secured by said mortgage and in the performance of the terms of 
said mortgage;

Now Therefore, The Federal Land Bank of New Orleans, having declared due and 
payable the entire indebtness secured by said mortgage, will sell, under and by 
virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, between the legal hours 
of sale on the 23rd day of Sept. 1933, at auction to the highest bidder for 
cash, in front of the court house door of Cullman County, in the town of 
Cullman, Alabama, the following described property, to-wit:

The South Half of the Southwest Fourth of the Southwest Fourth of Section (8); 
the West Half of the Northwest Fourth of the Southeast Fourth, of Section (18) 
all of Township (12), Range 5 West, containing 140 acres more or less situted 
in Cullman County Alabama.

Irving Brown at 11:00 o'clock a. m. Saturday September 16, 1933, said sale to 
be made  at the soree formerly occupied by said Robert Irving Brown, Jones 
Chapel, Alabama, westof Cullman.
