HARRIS and Miss ANNA J. CURRY and to join them together in Matrimony, and certify the same in writing to this office, as required by law. Given under my dand, 10 day of December 1889. A. B. Hays, Judge of Probate This certifies that I have solemnized Marriage between Mr. BENJAMIN A. HARRIS and Miss ANNA J. CURRY according to law, at residence of Mrs. Emma Curry in said County and State, on the 12th day of December, 1889. T. E. Hays, M.G. The State of Alabama, Cullman County Know all men by these presents, that we BENJAMIN A. HARRIS and L. F. CURRY are held and firmly bound unto the State of Alabama in the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States to the payment of which sum, well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly, by these presents. The condition of the above obligation is such whereas, a License to solemnize Marriage between Mr. BENJAMIN A. HARRIS and Miss ANNA J. CURRY has this day been issued by the Probate Judge of said county, at request: Now, Therefore, if there is no lawful cause why such marriage should not be celebrated, then this obligation is to be void, otherwise it is to remain in full force.
