LAST WILL & TESTAMENT OF THOMAS EGE:

The State of Alabama
Cullman County

Know all men by these presents, that I, Thomas Ege, of Cullman, Ala. being in
failing health, but of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish
this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.

1st: - My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my
estate as soon after my death as convenient.

2nd: - I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter, Miss Elizabeth
Ege the sum of Fifteen hundred and no/100 dollars.

3rd: - I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter, Marie Ege, the
sum of One Thousand and no/100 dollars.

4th: - I give, devise and bequeath unto my son, August Ege, the sum of Five
and no/100 dollars.

5th: - I give, devise and beqeath unto my son, Joseph Ege, the sum of Five
and no/100 dollars.

6th: - I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Anna Graveman, the sum
of Five and no/100 dollars.

7th: - I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Regina Mitchell, the sum
of Five and no/100 dollars.

8th: - I hereby nominate ad appoint my daughter, Elizabeth Ege, to be the 
Executor of this my last will and testament, exempting her from giving bond or
making an inventory, as all the property I have is $2500.00 money loaned out,
and she shall pay the $5.00 each as above stated, out of the interest, then to
deduct enough of the principal in proportion from her and her sister, Marie
Ege, part to pay same.

In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal this the 1st day of
December, 1922.

Signed, sealed and delivered by the said Thomas Ege, as his last will and
testament, in our presence and in the presence of each other, who at
his request, have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto:
