Stephens, the following described property: NW 1/4 of NE 1/4, Section 25, W 1/2 of SE 1/4, E 1/2 of SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 24, all of Township 5, Range 24, containing 280 acres. Also: SE 1/4 of S???, the NE 1/4 of S???, the E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 5, Range 24. The SW 1/4 of NW 1/4, W 1/2 of SW 1/4, Section 30, Township 5, Range 24, the W 1/2 of NW 1/4 and W 1/2 of SW 1/4, Section 36, Township 5, Range 25, containing 640 acres. All these lands belonging to the J. B. Daughtry estate, Deed to these named by A. C. Daughtry and wife A. E. Daughtry. Recorded 1 June 1895.
