Lee and Theodosia E. Lee his wife for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to us in hand paid by Hannah J. Daughtry the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the above named sum of money we do hereby bargain, sell and convey unto the said Hannah J. Daughtry the following land to-wit: the SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 26 Township 5 and Range 24 containing forty acres more or less to have and to hold, her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple we do by these presents warrant and defend the right and title against ourselves, our heirs and against the claims of all other persons, signed sealed and delivered in the presence of this the 2nd of January 1871.
