Z. Parker, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. We do grant, bargain, sell and convey to said H. Z. Parker the following described real estate, to-wit: S 1/2 of SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 19 and NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 5, Range 25, containing one hundred sixty (160) acres, less three (3) acres for Negro Camp Ground. To have and to hold to the said H. Z. Parker and his heirs and assignes forever. Witness our hand and seals this the 13th day of February 1886.
