M. Fowler for and in consideration of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) to us in handpaid by A. C. Daughtry, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said A. C. Daughtry the following described property, to-wit: SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 Section 8, Township 3, Range 25, E 1/2 of SW 1/4 Section 5, Township 3, Range 25, NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 Section 8, Township 3, Range 25. situated, lying and being in the County of Dale and State of Alabama. To have and to hold the same unto the said A. C. Daughtry, his heirs and assigns forever. And we do, for ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators, covenant with the said A. C. Daughtry, his heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized in fee simple of said premises, that they are free from all incumbrance, and that we have a good right to sell and convey the said property; that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to said A.
