Reynolds, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, we do remist, release, quit claim and convey unto the same James A. Reynolds all our right, title, interest and claim in or to the following described land situate in the County of Dale and State of Alabama, to-wit: North 1/2 of the SE 1/4, Section 25, Township 5, Range 24, less that part lying South of the Echo and Newton public road, said to contain 70 acres, more or less. This deed is made to correct and convey a certain lands which was sold by us to the Smith D(word illegible) Lumber Company, about the year 1896 or 1897.
