Administrator’s Sale

By virtue of a decree and order of sale granted the undersigned, as
administrator of the estate of D.B. Hollis, dec’d. by the Probate Court of Dale
County, Alabama.  I will sell, on Saturday, the 4th day of October 1884 on the
premises of W.H. Hollis within the legal hours of sale, at public outcry and to
the highest bidder the following lands belonging to said estate to-wit: east
half of southeast fourth, Section 13 T 3 R 24; and southeast fourth of northwest
fourth and north half of northeast fourth of southwest fourth and northwest
fourth of southwest fourth, Section 18 T. 3, R. 25, containing 140 acres and
lying in said county and State.  Said land will be sold for the payment of debts
and for one third payable on 1st day of January and balance on 1st day of
October 1875.  The purchase money must be secured according to law.
